--BRUSCHETTA (slices of home made bread toasted, topped with fresh tomato, olive oil and basil. ) V
--TERRINA CASALINA (a smooth chicken liver and brussel pate with mixed leaves and crispy bread. )

Main Courses

--TAGLIATELLE CON SALMON (salmon fillet lightly dusted with black pepper, served on a bed of tagliatelle pasta infused with olive oil, mixed herbs, plum tomatoes,courgettes, fennel, pimento and olives.)
--POLLO AL FUNGHI (chicken breast with mushrooms and madeira sauce )
--PIZZA VEGETARIANA (V) (cheese, tomato, mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach and olives.)
--SPAGHETTI CON PORPETTI (spaghetti served with meet balls, red wine and tomato sauce. )
--ROAST CHESHIRE TURKEY(with stuffing, chipolata sausage and cramberry sauce.)
